  1. If you want some facts on Chernobyl I recommend reading the reports from the UNSCEAR - http://www.unscear.org/unscear/en/chernobyl.html
  2. Captain Quintero - that is nonsense, there is no way any field in the UK was irradiated so severely from Chernobyl that it can't grow food. Stop buying into the Greenpeace coolaid
  3. Monte 520, so glad I've got a couple boxes left, love them!
  4. Go for a fan that uses ~9V and that doesn't draw more than 0.5A. Current doesn't matter so long as you're not trying to draw more than 0.5A.
  5. I'm impressed, that is a nice piece of software engineering there! I never liked VW anyway, their cars have a horrendous reliability record. I've always preferred BMW.
  6. I maintain a very OCD spreadsheet of my inventory. I prefer to know exactly what's in my fridges, what the age is on my sticks and where they're stored rather than get "surprises"...
  7. I have a box of Bolivar Especiales No.2 Edición Regional Alemania 2009 that I'm trying to keep my hands off. I've had a couple though.... Same with 1.5boxes of Bolivar GMs that I have left, but they are smoking so great now...
  8. Find a friend who can look after them and send you a few at a time. Just get a foolproof storage solution set up like a wine fridge and bovedas inside Tupperware.
  9. Will the EU let Greece slip out of the Euro? I think their poorer economic performance (along with Spain/Italy) helps devalue the Euro and allows the big export nations like Germany to benefit from selling their goods internationally at a better price. If this is the case, no way Merkel lets Greece slip out of the Euro, unless it costs her too many German votes to fight for them to stay in the union.
  10. Cohiba 1966 and La Ecepcion SF, only have two of each and I'm worried I'll love them and have to track more down. Keeping them for my buddies wedding next year!
  11. Hey mate, I have the 121 bottle Vintec. I think mine says it only keeps the RH around 65% at the temperature of 14 degrees. I also found mine settled at around 70%. I wanted a lower RH so got a heap of 7L snap lock containers and 65% Bovedas and threw them in the fridge. Works a treat, I also keep the temperature around 15-16 degrees as this results in cigars smoking great straight out of the fridge. As a second bonus there will be no beetle activity for temps below 18 degrees so no need to freeze!
