So your mate has no job to be charging his car daily during the day? I’m a huuuuge believer in solar but it’s no point for charging your car in my view unless you work from home in which case, you’re not using your car.

It’s interesting how EV trucks aren’t going anywhere but in the mining space we’ve got electric 300t leibherrs going. Plenty of charging issues etc etc but the duty seems to be solid for the haulage trucks and diggers. We are even starting to see financials that solar power generation with an increased mining fleet to cover charge times is in fact reducing unit cost in a high volume industry like iron ore. Green Steel instead of asking for a premium price point is looking to genuinely be a discounted price product. Crazy.

I always find car guys so weird. As if burning thousand year old dinosaurs and trees juice has so much soul. Electric cars are miles ahead on pure performance which is what car guys should care about. Certainly the cheaper electric cars like the BYD dolphin are absolutely lower cost per kilometre than an equivalent ice. A Tesla not so much. Teslas battery technology is pretty rubbish in the current market. BYD has much better quality of batteries at the moment.

I lived off toscanos and pocket coffee when I was in Italy. Fun times. Perfectly enjoyable. Full strength on all accounts.

Interesting. Dredging is a common practise for various minerals such as titanium oxides etc. I wonder if this will be the same concept, just deeper or if it will be some sort of hard rock sea floor mining method.
