  1. If they are plugged due to excessive leaf stems or simply too much tobacco packed during bunching, no amount of lower humidity/drying out will rectify these issues. I have an '05 box of Juan Lopez#1 that were tent pegs when bought new around 2009, and they are tent pegs to this day in 2024. Hamlet explained the issue perfectly when he stated the tobacco is over moistened with water, which allows the buncher to "squeeze" more leaf together tightly, which results in poor/no smoke draw. Consider yourself lucky with the Monte4's.
  2. I'd say without a doubt the finest piece out of all 48 pages on this thread. Haute horology at it's best.
  3. Cardboard packaging is not at all ideal for cigars. Plenty come here with their horror stories of the dreaded cardboard petaca.
  4. Usually iced coffee, coffee/cream/caramel syrup on ice. I drink coffee AM and PM, doesn't matter, In cold weather Mexican coffee, hot black coffee, shot of Kahlua ,whipped cream. When needing a change, usually two fingers of single malt Scotch whisky. Glenmorangie
  5. At 322 grams it is the heaviest Rolex by far. The Platinum Daytona was the heaviest, weighing in at 280 grams. There will definitely be wrist fatigue with a 3/4 pound solid gold watch. My gold Sub is 228 grams.
  6. The case back is titanium not gold. Two completely different metals. Looks much different than a typical PM Rolex. BTW, no human body can dive to 12,800 ft. The watch is just a "flex gimmick".
  7. It is just Deepsea. The sea dweller script is gone from the dial. 44mm case. 18mm case thickness. 322 grams weight. Unless you are big like Dwayne the rock Johnson, this thing will look plain silly strapped to your wrist. It will also scream "rob me!!". My gold Submariner is modest in comparison.
  8. Has anyone seen the newly released YG Deepsea monstrosity? 322 grams of solid 18K gold bliss! For the introductory price of $52,000 USD. Who's lining up to get this one? It might require a bodyguard for your safety.
  9. The BRE17 Connie1 box was sublime. All rolled great, lighter wrappers. Classic Upmann taste. This BRE19 box sucks plain and simple.
  10. The bunching IS the problem, that's why they don't draw. The filler tobacco is too moist, and the roller compresses too much leaf, which ends up with a plugged cigar when complete.
  11. Not me. Perfec Draw maybe works half the time, usually less. Had to toss a BRE19 Connie1, was plugged to no end. No better after using the PD. This is not a storage issue. Simply too much filler when bunching the cigar. Hamlet explains it perfectly in his video. Piss poor construction, period. I have a 2020 box of Sancho Belicosos. Almost half so far have been either plugged or rolled too tight for any decent smoke output. Makes me not miss paying ridiculous prices for Cubans. I have never had a plugged Padron 1964, EVER. And they are now cheaper than Cubans.
  12. Maybe, but they still want the American dollars. When the US stops buying all their "junk", who fills the void? Certainly not Cuba.
  13. I have a Honda Goldwing touring bike. They are very quiet, unless you choose to modify the exhaust system. No motorcycle bans here in Myrtle beach. We have three different bike weeks, and it brings in huge tourism $$$.
