Ontario walleye fly-in trip

Leave for my next trip on August 8. The outfitter rigged up the cabin with satellite Internet this spring so we won't be left off the grid this year. (although it is nice to lose the contact from the outside world on occasion). Pretty cool to be on a lake fished by 4-6 people any given week.

Anyone else do these kinds of trips? By the way, we do have room for 1 if anyone is so inclined. Leave out of Indianapolis Aug 8 and return late Aug 16/17 early morning.

if i can remember, Walleye is legal to spearfish in early September... something to note next time

I haven't gone on too many fly-in trips just yet, but when a lake is only fished by somewhere around 4-6 people/week, the fishing is really good. As told to me by a guy that's fished this lake multiple times over the past 3-4 years, if you have a group of 4 and don't pull in 1k walleyes over the course of a week, you haven't even been trying.
