smokenj
So I work for Honda in the service industry. In the last month I have had to go out on the road with two separate customers, but having a Fohiba in the cup holder area. Fohiba to the point where they weren't even trying to hide the quality haha. My question to you is do I tell the customer or let them smoke it? Pixa
It's work so I would not piss on there chips. Thought some hints to them of where you buy from could not hurt

JohnS
Two ways it can go, either they appreciate the advice or they will think you are over-stepping your work boundaries. I agree, you need to gauge the situation depending on the person.
smokenj
I had let one go without word, but the other had begun talking to me about it while on the drive. I let him know. He was thankful to know because he had apparently received it instead of some money owed. He was happy with me, but not with his "friend" haha. Popular Post tmac77
I would let it go but follow up with gift of a couple of authentic ones. He will appreciate both the cigar and the gesture. Not to mention customer service at its best.
