Redsoxnat Posted April 29, 2015 Author Share Posted April 29, 2015 Unfortunately not. The laws around smoking in BC are out of control. Most places will enforce the 3 meter rule. Where you can not smoke within 3 meters of a business doorway. With that said, there are some great scenic spots to smoke outdoors. I would suggest along the breakwater, on the cosway in front of the Empress hotel. Or if you want to do a little trek go to The Governers house and sit on the back paths overlooking the straight of Juan De Fuca. When it gets closer give me a shout and we can grab a cigar if the timing works. I'll be in Victoria for a few hours in June when the cruise ship docks. Anywhere to smoke there?
