Gang, it has been 2 years since my last cigarette, and now my wife is reminding me that i need to get my bloodwork redone for the purpose of changing my life insurance policy to a much friendlier "non-smoker" rate. The question is, how many weeks do I need to be completely off cigars before I should get my blood drawn? I currently smoke 3-4 cigars a week. Thanks much, Alex

I am at local Binnys right now, picking up another bottle of Zaya (love that stuff, btw). I think I'm ready to try a Port next. Just walked up to a port shelf, and realized that I have no idea which one I should start with. Any suggestions?
