Smoking is banned in enclosed bars in Hong Kong so you will have to find either a cigar lounge or places with outdoor patios. Here's a couple: Central - Lupa, Sevva, bar isola, wanchai - wooloomooloo, causeway bay - hooray bar. The cigar lounges run by PCC are on their website. Lobster bar at Island shangrila is also friendly.

Keep hearing that PL requires age to really shine like cohiba - is this true for the plpc also? If it is, then makes sense to get the cab to try some now and put away the rest.

I'm still relatively new to cigars. I realize when I smoke a young cigar sometimes and it just seems to need more time but what tells you or helps differentiate when you think a certain box needs 2-3 years time vs say 5+ years?

I'd agree with this. I've had 4 from a box and none have been good. They've all been ok but just not getting the same feeling as others have posted about this one

I've now had 2 sticks from an early 2012 box and both have been very very bland - and I don't mean mild, I mean bland. First time I've had epi1 but they are nothing like the epi2 or some 2006 des dieux I've had. Is it just the blend or is this a dud box?

I've really enjoyed recent RASS and the Extras but have never tried the RASCC. I tend to have partagas shorts for that length of a smoke. Are the RASCC pretty consistent flavour profile wise to the rest of the RA line?
