Of all the regionals i've smoked, the 2 that stood out for me are the PL Encantos and RA Celestales Finos

I am an owner of a condo in a building of 21 units. Currently, I am allowed to smoke within my property. I would think it will not be long before a bylaw is passed to prohibit smoking. More buildings are moving in this direction. Me too my friend!

I was in the industry for a while. I have used Henkel, Wusthof, Shun etc. I use Wusthof Classic knives almost exclusively. Hold an edge well, and have lasted me decades.

The last 3 boxes sold on BR for $750+. They were not the Wolters edition of 2004 that you have. Yours is worth slightly more.

1. Yes. 2. Vapor barrier 3. I would go with Honduran Mahogany over Spanish cedar. Same humidity properties, less aromatic. You may find that going with Spanish Cedar for the entire lining and shelves will be overpowering.

Gold Medal. Hands down. Absolutely love these! Followed by Mercaderes and LGC Inmensos.
