  1. A very happy birthday to you Di. Hope you enjoy the remainder of the weekend. Thanks again for all that you do.
  2. Don't know if 60rg is a fact but the 50th anniversary release has been posted before. It contained an article claiming a 60rg x 178 if I'm not mistaken. This is obviously not confirmed, just what I remember.
  3. Agreed.. But at a 60rg? At least make them pretty to look at. I'm going to end up having one at some point.
  4. Couldn't agree more.. I have about 750+ myself. Most of the time im sharing them with others.
  5. I'm not holding my breath either as a "mate from the states". Personally, I know it's going to happen sooner or later but I'm in no hurry to see things get done. I would love to travel freely to Cuba one day with my wife and experience what a lot here have done, but I'm afraid of the negative implications the abolishment of the embargo can have on the overall quality of Cuban cigars. I also hope 2016 brings in the quality as good as we have be seeing for a few years now..
  6. Rob, Di, and the rest of the crew.. Happy New Year and thanks for all you do. Enjoy the weather
  7. The passed year, I've been excited for some news on what the 50th anniversary release from Cohiba woukd be... This is really disappointing though. 60RG is just too much. I was under the impression they would do something more classic, more timeless than take this route.

  9. I have to disagree with this. I've had 2 boxes of these so far. Smoked through 1, from 2011, that I just finished this year. I've started on the second, a PSP from 2014, and they are already coming into their own. I've had a few poor sticks but generally they have been pretty consistent. Generally a sweet profile with hints of chocolate and milk coffee... They tend to bitter towards the end a tad. I'm excited to see how the 2014 PSP will develop over time. Note that these are very pricy though and possibly can achieve the same flavor profile from a NC maduro at half the price.. So in that respect I agree with the general sentiment. I probably would not have purchased the second box of I didn't enjoy the previous one from 2011. My advice is to pick up a few singles and fire them up. You are your only judge. To spring for a box right off the bat would be a hasty decision.
  10. My sentiments exactly..i feel as if we missed the April/May rain this year and now it's finally caught up. Hopefully things turn around a little in the next couple of months in the Northeast.
  11. Amazing how the thread changed from BHK's 56 to 66' ?... As inticing as the picture looks, I'd go with the Supremos over the BHK 56 right now. I've had multiples of both and feel that the Supremos have got a little ways to go but are still a complex, enjoyable smoke that changes seamlessly if you have the patience. I've been disappointed with the BHK line as of late.. Even with the 54 (which is my favorite size). The bar was set very high upon the 2010 OR of the BHK series (not the 06' humidor). I still have a few BHK 54 left from that release and they are stunning cigars. Nothing has really come close recently from Behike. Just my opinion
  12. Happy Birthday Di! Thanks for all that you do
