  1. Put a small poker game together with some close friends (cigars, steaks and quality liquid refreshments expected) enjoying basement bar room that never gets used ?. Sleep in and cleanup after the above mentioned evening Fun topic!
  2. Sorry for the delayed response - Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. For those newbies that question the value of aging.... DON’T. These were bought a number of years ago on this sight and.... Holy Crap - what a treat!!! Patience is truly a virtue Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. JUL 15 Partagas D4 this evening on our patio after a semi-busy day at the dealership. 1 hour 28 minutes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Current regular production - D4 Old age - '08 H. Upmann that came with the leather travel case. Great cigar - almost forgot I had a few left.
  6. You're gonna have a great time!! We were there last year. I brought my own cigars but saw a couple shops along the way but nothing that stood out. And, as mentioned above what I saw was expensive. Regarding dining, I was stressed out before the trip as to the right places to eat..... no need to stress! There are sidewalk cafes everywhere and never had a bad meal. One that sticks out was Cafe Concerto Paszkawski on the square across the the Duomo in Florence. There was a lady opera singer with a beautiful voice on the square while we were enjoying some wine a nice meal and a cigar. Almost surreal. We did pay for day passes on the "Hop On - Hop Off" buses in most of the cities we visited. Pretty handy. The The Sistene Chapel and the Vatican tour is all you expect and more. Can be crowded but worth the hassle. Have a great time and travel safe!!
  7. The only reason this might have been a plant is since the same kid came up on stage when he was eleven or so. Still felt that he did a decent job and maintained his composure better than I would have Glad you had a good time!!
  8. I know there are more than just a few Bruce Springsteen fans in the crowd so thought I would share this recorded a couple nights ago (not by me!). I'm sure it was quite a memorable night for the young man he invited on stage. Enjoy! http://consequenceofsound.net/2017/02/bruce-springsteen-invites-teen-on-stage-to-play-growing-up-watch/
  9. Love the case. I have 3 or 4 left. Might have to try one tomorrow! Enjoy!!
  10. Quincy, IL. So far we have had a fairly mild winter. Sadly, there is still time for the wrath of Mother Nature to do her thing!
  11. Between ugly pneumonia late last year and winter in the Midwest I finally lit my first CC of the new year. Sitting in the garage watching the sunset in goose down:). I'm sure ready for spring Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
