Campanas

Campanas (3/5)

  1. Dicks is awesome...Loved it when in Spokane. Don't forget the tartar sauce. Why don't other burger joints serve tartar sauce with their fries? In n out in Idaho probably had that line since all the Californians who escaped moved to Idaho. One of the many popular states for the fleeing Californians.
  2. I agree with the Chandon. It drinks way above its price point. It doesn't compare with $250 bottles, but for less than $20 it is better than most $50-$75 bottles. At least that is what my wallet tells me.
  3. video of the saddest thing I have ever seen from Hawaii. So sad for the loss of life and history. This is what Lahaina looks like now. From the AP news https://apnews.com/99ef9cfd6bcc4d1e9af833ab2a41e2f3
  4. reading through this thread had me feeling a little insecure until I came across your post and BrightonCorgi's post. I can understand some cigars feel heavier, have a giant knot, or might be lighter in weight than the others, but appearances can be quite deceiving. This is especially true if we are talking about specific brands like Sancho Panza. Some of the best Molinos I had were the ugliest. If they are all plugged, get a perfect draw tool. It works wonders and has saved a lot of cigars from the trash. In this case, it might save thanksgiving dinner with the family.
  5. I would rather have a couple Indian Apple Asses rather than a couple of Blue Balls.
  6. Bolivar Tubos No2 still the best and most consistent smoke. Beginning, middle and hopefully the end of my journey. searched the holy grail and it was right there the whole time. Everyone's palate is different, thankfully mine isn't too extravagant. Beyond the B Tubos No2 and Customs, the only smokes necessary to keep it interesting are: Partagas 898 or Shorts depending on time available HU Sir Winston-if you haven't had these and they do pop up on the 24:24 soon, Just buy them. You are welcome and future you is welcome too. Bolivar Coronas Extra Trinidad Reyes and Coloniales were starting to climb the list but they are not worth the current pricing.
  7. Well worth the brag. That is an amazing space for a true fighter. Enjoy the spoils of victory.
  8. Wow, that sucks. I guess trusting your vendor is even more important in Canada. Thanks for sharing pics showing the future direction of the cigar world. I guess the outright ban is next in Canada.
  9. 1. Trinidad Fundadores 2. H.Upmann Sir Winston 3. Monte Especial
  10. Sorry for your loss. Condolences to you and your loved ones.
  11. I was thinking the same thing. I have a box of these from 2014 that I picked up during an LFTH (still haven't cracked the box). Those sales were so exciting, but alas a distant memory and apparantly a logistical nightmare. With all the members these days, an LFTH sale would likely be more frustrating than it is worth.
  12. At first, I was worried this photo might not be safe for work. At least at a distance.?
