  1. So, what are your recent acquisitions?

    Few new (To me) Laddie's
  2. More ER for the smoking queue. [emoji1360]
  3. So, what are your recent acquisitions?

Serge certainly is a fountain of knowledge but that's just one man's opinion. My advice to you would be, don't limit your purchasing just because Serge said it ain't all that. You may be missing out on some phenomenal whisky due to this approach. Let's not forget that, just like cigars, flavour profile is completely subjective.
  4. So, what are your recent acquisitions?

I'm really surprised to learn you think the FF Mortlach doesn't rate - certainly where I'm from, people love it. For me it certainly wipes the floor with the succeeding range that Diageo released- including the 25yr old.
  5. So, what are your recent acquisitions?

I'm a big fan of the F&F series with a penchant for the Mortlach. Pittyvaich has been on my radar for a long time. I guess I should get round to trying the rest.
  6. So, what are your recent acquisitions?

Some ER supermarket pick up. Private cask Calvados from 1973 gifted from a friend. Finally some Dailuaine 16 F&F

  11. FOH'ers Daily Smoke

Monte #2 from '08 - few touch-ups & a bit of a tight spot but we got threw it. Very enjoyable, however I do prefer a P2 Cheers P

  13. So, what are your recent acquisitions?

Yes mate, I was down at the open day earlier this year. Some cracking stuff. Got a cask strength Hazelwood matured in a sherry butt- absolute monster. Too good not to open! Other news: Picked this up in the local supermarket. Relative bargain.
