planetary
When you view a forum thread and click through to the different pages, it uses fancy Javacscript to load the new page content. But the way it's specifically implemented means is that a user can't use their browser forward and backward controls to move between pages. This is bad, annoying, and breaks user expectations because it's unlike how nearly every other web site works. Functionality over fanciness, please! ShortFatHokie
I think the problem is on your end....no problems on the east coast...
planetary
Interesting. Which browser and OS environment are you using? This is on Windows and Mac, under Chrome stable. I notice that the URL bar updates, but the page content doesn't actually change. Heaven help me, I also tested under MS Edge -- same behavior. fabes
I've been experiencing this via Safari on iPhone where I do 99% of my browsing. You swipe back, but it goes wonky. Sometimes reloading the same page (ie refreshing pg2 of 2, rather than loading pg1) . Sometimes it goes to pg1, but straight to the bottom of the page.
