Jnavas1500
Hey everybody! I filled my humidor with 45 Cigars mainly H.Upmann & Monte, so I bought a travel humidor to leave in my office...... it is a Xikar travel humidor 35-50 with a crystallized thing on top that with solution is supposed to create 70% RH, I threw out all the cigar holders cause well... it would fit more and they were placed odd... let it sit for a day and it reached 71% RH so I said it was ready! Opened it up today after I placed 20 cigars in there and it is at 79% this morning when I went in to grab one!!!!! How in the world do I get this to go down?. Im contemplating taking the thing on top out and sticking a Boveda 65% in there as everything I’m reading most people do... I have about 3 spare Boveda packs in hand... what’re your thoughts ? Jnavas1500
Oh and I’m using a digital monitor in the Xikar to read RH & temp
