BolivarSmoker Posted January 12, 2018 Share Posted January 12, 2018 They should open at 9am. If you head to the Partagas LCDH beware of they guys standing outside the entrance. They have stopped me on more than one occasion to say the store is closed. Then offer you cigars at a "good price." Just say no thanks, the store is open.
