How about some Portuguese Chicken, lamb riblets and boerewors. Served it with some crispy smashed baked potato and fried cabbage(sorry no pic). Washed down with some Chivas ? I live in Perth WA but we have a large SA community in my local area so there is a lot of SA shops so I cook boerwors all the time. Biltong also popular. In fact I was meant to go study in Gold Coast area back in the day. My late father had bought into a car dealership in Caloundra. (spelling?)
