just another example of buy your buyer. I wouldn't consider buying any cohibas from anyone but here. -
Nothing in printing is perfect. That would pass QC imho. Did he run the numbers?

All those years of @Ken Gargett doggedly narrowing down the options, and I don't think any of us ever guessed right https://news.sky.com/story/aaron-taylor-johnson-chosen-as-next-james-bond-reports-say-13097868 I think I'm pleasantly surprised, at the very least I'm very interested to see how he makes it his own. I first saw him in Nowhere Boy playing John Lennon, he was incredible in that so I think it bodes well.

It's not all bad. I thought picking up Seth Lugo and Michael Wacha was a sound decision. Bringing on those two experienced pitchers onto the team won't break the bank and will no doubt assist the team with their knowledge in the big leagues.

What a great way to get skint. Memories to last a lifetime. Portugal and Greece are both super places. -
Honestly any Cohiba purchased from anything other than a gold standard vendor is just as likely to be fake than not. With that in mind I don't think any aberration or imperfection on a Cohiba can be tolerated.

First time posting! long time lurker. Very excited to try out the FOH "house blend." Location: My local lounge (Davidoff lounge, 24/7 members access), beautiful place. Cigar: Puro Desnudo - Canonazo N6 2023. Cold draw: barnyard mostly, some light sweet chocolate. First third: no pepper! Refreshingly surprising. Reminds me of a Davidoff blend, a mix of Aniversario and Millennium. Cocoa comes into play, barnyard, and leather. Lots of smoke output. Very creamy. Light-medium body. 2nd third: Starts off without pepper which comes lightly towards the end. Smoke output is great! Chewy and thick. Creaminess from the forefront as before starts to fade. Occasional sweetness comes through here and there. Had to touch up once lightly. Body is medium. Last third: A smidge more pepper, creaminess comes in during the finish. Occasional sweetness. Aftertaste is a light coca. Davidoff flavors still present. Burn is great. Body is medium. Conclusion: Definitely bundle worthy, will get another bundle soon. Great to give to friends and early career smokers. Great anytime smoke. Solid medium body.

CUC was effective because it was the dollar. But the situation is effectively the same. The CUP was worthless and anyone who wanted anything used CUC. Now it's MLC. And yes, bricks of CUP are commonplace. Imagine the highest denomination note of your currency being a $3 bill. Which is ironic because the CUP is about as fake as a $3 bill.

Returning to where my cigar journey began, I recently decided to reacquaint myself with the Perdomo Champagne 10th Anniversary in its Robusto vitola, a cigar that holds the distinction of being the very first I ever smoked. This cigar was stored at 65% RH and 65°F. I approached this session with a mix of nostalgia and curiosity, wondering how my palate has evolved over the years. The draw of the cigar was impeccable—wide open and inviting, a harbinger of the quality and consistency Perdomo is known for. The pre-light draw gave me notes of espresso and sweet cream. As the smoke progressed, I was greeted by a familiar profile: creamy, smooth, sweet, with a subtle peppery undertone that added just the right amount of complexity to the light-bodied flavor. However, what caught me off guard this time around was the cigar's nicotine strength. Despite its gentle flavors, the Perdomo Champagne packed a significant nicotine punch, a characteristic I hadn't noticed or perhaps didn't remember from my days starting in this hobby. Reflecting on this experience, I find it intriguing how one's smoking journey can evolve. The same cigar that once introduced me to the world of cigars has now offered me a new perspective, highlighting nuances I hadn't appreciated before. It's a testament to the depth and complexity of cigar smoking as a hobby—how a single stick can be both a beginner's entry point and a (slightly) seasoned smoker's rediscovery. I must have smoked dozens of these sticks in the past when my palette detected nothing but "smoke". While the unexpected nicotine intensity left me thinking about how I managed this cigar in my early days, the overall experience was undeniably positive, reaffirming my appreciation for Perdomo's craftsmanship and consistency. 8.5/10

Diving into a recent smoking session with the Cohiba Siglo II, I was eager to recapture a past experience filled with pronounced floral notes. My previous experience ~7 years ago with this stick was the best smoking experience I have had. This particular Siglo II was purchased in a 5 pack without a discernible box date and was stored under ideal conditions at 65% RH and 65F. I had high hopes for this cigar. However, right from the start, the draw proved too tight, necessitating the use of my PerfecDraw tool. This initial hiccup set the tone for what was to be a session of mixed emotions. This Cohiba Siglo II, purchased without a box date, hinted at its youth. This factor might have contributed to the discrepancy between my expectations and the reality of the smoking experience. Despite the anticipation of floral undertones that once charmed me, this time, they were conspicuously absent. The absence of these expected notes left me feeling somewhat underwhelmed, pondering the variability inherent in these handcrafted products. The typical Cohiba flavors were present in this light to medium body smoke, but I was unable to pick up any other notes. Reflecting on this session, I would describe the experience with the Cohiba Siglo II as okay, rather than exceptional. It's a reminder of the complex nature of cigars and how aging, storage, and individual cigar variations can influence the smoking experience. Although this particular Siglo II didn't live up to my fond memories, I do have a box aging that I will review in the future. I will definitely give it another chance with a more aged specimen, to see if those elusive floral notes and the sought-after perfection can be rediscovered. Rating: 8.2/10

Diving into my first Trinidad experience with a Vigia from a young box dated 08/2023, I was intrigued by what this mild to medium-bodied cigar would offer. Using a punch cut, the draw was impressively wide open (unusual for most Cubans I've smoked so far), a perfect start after storing it at an ideal 65% RH and 65 degrees F. The initial puffs were a revelation of light and creamy textures, infused with distinct grassy and sweet notes, setting a refreshing tone for the session. As the session progressed into the second third, an unexpected twist occurred. Through the retrohale, a peppery intensity emerged, mingling with the ongoing creamy and grassy notes. This peppery surge added a complex layer I hadn't anticipated, enriching the smoking experience with its bold character while maintaining the Vigia's inherent smoothness. Moving into the final third, the Vigia asserted itself as a full medium strength cigar, rounding out an intriguing evolution in its profile. This unexpected transformation added a punchy conclusion to a smoking session that I thought was going to be light. My introduction to Trinidad through the Vigia was exceptional, marking a memorable milestone in my cigar journey and leaving me wanting to try other Trinidad vitolas. Rating: 8.9 / 10

Can’t sugar coat this: it’s not a good sign. Anything is possible, but as NSX says an offset head is one of the classic red flags on Cohiba.

… as long as you got it from a friend that knows a roller that stole it, you are okay!👌

KC Royals will be a disaster once again. They did sign Witt Jr to a long term but we need pieces around him. It will be a long season. Soler was a Royal and held single season HR record until Salvy Perez broke it.

That’s the same kinda luck I normally run into as well lol.

https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2024/03/giants-to-sign-blake-snell.html Here we go! How is your team sitting? Any hot takes? Who looks good in spring training? Giants signed Jung Hoo Lee, Matt Chapman, Blake Snell, Robbie Ray is recovering from TJ, we got Jorge Soler. Bob Melvin. Coaching staff overhaul. As a fan all I expect is a front office that shows they want to try and win and I believe ours is. We have a pretty good looking lineup! Pitching just got a little more interesting. I think we are in a good spot! Other than you Dodger fans, I'm curious to hear if you're excited or dreading the 2024 season!! Go Giants!!

I took advantage of a 65 degree March Montana evening with the family to enjoy this 2016 Siglo 1. Slight grassy taste, very consistent and definitely didn’t disappoint…environment has so much to do with my enjoyment of cigars, and this was a perfect fit for the day. Draw: 10/10 Each puff was perfect. Burn: 9/10 The burn was even, I touched it up once initially and then never went out or had an issue. Ash: 8/10 Slightly grey, but held together well with nice layers. Construction: 9/10 •The cigar felt good, soft but not too soft and was consistent the entire burn. 1st third: Started with a slight grassy flavor and toasted bread. 2nd third: More grassy flavor but mild and not overpowering, with honey and maybe some coffee coming in. 3rd third: No changes from previous parts, burn stayed even and aftertaste was subtle and smooth. Duration: 6pm-6:35pm, 35 min. Consensus: 9/10…Medium bodied and mild/medium strength. Great smoke, it goes fast but it was smooth and consistent, helped by the great age.

Not a good sign. If that's the only red flag that turns up after a thorough examination of the box then maybe it's a printing variation but an off-center Taino head is a classic indication of a fake Cohiba band.
