I want to preface this by saying out of all the steaks I've cooked before, this hands down has been the best to date

Steak: 25 ounce, 2 inch thick, Prime Texas Ribeye, Dry Age Cheat - a perfect rare /mid-rare.

Recipe - http://www.friendsof...ic=107315&st=0#

2004 QDO Gran Corona 93/100 " I smoked this in honor of Guy!"

2010 HQ Bolivar PC 96/100

Just fantastic! This box has been unbelievable.

I can hear that cow mooing from here with every cut. coverears.gif

In the words of a classic Denis Leary skit (paraphrased liberties - can't remember a word-for-word quote)....

"I don't want it rare OR blue. I want it dripping. Tell you what - you just bring a goddamned cow over to the table, and I'll CARVE OFF what I want, and I'll RIDE THE REST HOME!!!"
