I used to keep one around the volume knob on my car stereo. They actually fit pretty well. Made it a PITA to change volume, though. Now I keep the ones I save on top of my monitor at work.

By and large I have the same aging plan. I do agree with Garbandz about the Cohibas and PLs, so I make sure to let them stew for at least 5. Everything else is in play after 18 months for me. In my spreadsheet they get highlighted green after 18 months and they are no longer off limits.

Enjoy the game! It's been almost a decade since I've watched the boys in pinstripes play in person. What an experience. Let's hope they can get it turned around for you and give you something to cheer about.

This answer just saved me from a heart attack. I found some of these guys in my desktop humidor the other day and my cigars are now sitting in the freezer.
