Best burger ever: My homemade.... 6oz medium ground beef - flattened out (salt and peppered) and FRIED (griddle or cast iron) oh high until its a nice medium. REAL chedder on top - mayo on the bun, couple slices of bacon, dijon, tomato and red onion. NEVER put ketchup on a burger when you have tomato. Oh - and its a pretzel bun, lightly toasted.
