  1. Been meaning to try these for quite some time now. Never having an ERDM and being the same size as the du maire (love them) I would like to try these a lot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I’ve found ebooks to be harder on my eyes than reading a physical book. Plus I like having a collection/library at my house to browse over here and there.
  3. Avo Toro Pretty good Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. 60 x 6" (Gran Toro?) Light Connecticut Wrapper Seems To Be A Relatively Expensive Cigar From What I Find For Sale Online ~ $30-$50 / Stick Draw Is A Bit Open Aroma And Taste At Cold: Hay I Got A Cool Metal Box Of 3 From A Friend Of Mine (If I Were To Guess These Were A Gift To Him). First One I Had About A Month Ago Was Subpar As Far As I Can Remember And Was Pretty Disappointed. No Taste And Awful Burn (Constant Burning Through The Middle While The Sides Stayed Unlit). 1/3 Burn Is Not Great. Same Issue With Last Cigar. Fixed After Slowly And Carefully Relighting. Unsweetened Oatmeal Is The Main Taste I Get Lingering Taste Velvety Smoke Just Under Medium Body No Elbows Or Knees But Not Really Much Taste Slow, Even Burn (After Issue With Relighting) With Condensed White Ash Aroma Of Smoke Is Delicate And Pleasant Retrohale Is Intense Yet Not Stingy (I Don’t Retrohale Often, Usually A Couple Times At Most) First 1/3 Coming To A Close And A Light Roast American Coffee Taste Is Present Thinking To Myself Now: I Made A Mistake Lighting This Giant Cigar Up Before 9 am. I Haven’t Even Had Breakfast. But Hey, A Man’s Gotta Do What A Man’s Gotta Do In Order To Get This Highly Coveted Christmas Sampler. 2/3 Light Roast American Coffee And Oatmeal Are Still Present There Is A Very Faint Sweetness That I Can’t Put My Finger On Half And Half Creamer Is Something That Comes To Mind Burn Became One Sided But Is Salvaged By Final 3rd 3/3 I’ve Heard People Talk About How Great Wines / Cognacs / Whiskies Stay On The Palette For A Long Time, This Cigar Does The Same But Without The Taste. This Smoke Was 2H20M Long. Taste Is Still Oatmeal / Light Roast American Coffee / And Some Sort Of Sweetness I Can’t Put A Finger On: Perhaps It’s A Light Nutty Taste That Has A Faint Sweetness Like Almonds. 90/100
  5. Scored this box for $200 off FOHAuctions, a very good deal when considering current boxes are listed on FOH for $178. I’ve smoked several this past month and they’ve all been fantastic just like this one. Draw was a little on the tighter side which is just how I like it. Great, even, and slow burn. Perfect medium bodied cigar throughout with every so often the Bolivar youth making its face. A touch of cloves, a little bit more cream, and an undeniable, omnipresent unsweetened chocolate. This stayed true up to the end with no extra heat that is common with younger cigars. I feel like I also have to mention, the aroma of the cigar smoke was so delightful. Super classy smoke. Grateful to have picked up this box through FOHAuctions at such a great price. Solid 95 point cigar. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Cohiba Short with my morning coffee This cigar is unbelievably small. But not bad at all, honestly. Takes me 15-20 minutes to smoke. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. San Cristobal La Punta from the new to habanos sampler I got last year. Has been resting for about a year and the flavors are wonderful. Sweet cocoa / under medium body Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Fantastic burn. Enjoyed this quite a bit. Torn between two choices. Won’t be surprised if it’s neither! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Cigar #3 [emoji1360] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I see. Excited to try them, nonetheless. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I thought people would understand I knew Rob posted 38. Reason I asked is because I thought it may be a misprint since he mentions Serie du Connaisseur No.3. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Just ordered one of each, very excited 😎 Are these Carlotta's 38 ring gauge or 35 (Serie Du Connaisseur No 3)?
  13. Man, I love this vitola.. ‘17 LGC MDO4 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Trying a qdo for the first time. Right of the box and it tastes great. Living up to the hype. Will try to work through the box slowly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
