  1. I don't think @El Presidente has called this one yet.

    FOH'ers Daily Smoke

Correct @Nekhyludov. I work about 100 yards away from Cigar & Tabac, so that's my daytime haunt.

    FOH'ers Daily Smoke

That moment you realize you’re smoking the best cigar of your life (so far). Truly amazing.

It's snowing in Kansas City - AGAIN! So, what else you gonna do?
  5. Looking at your considerations (and not knowing how much body and spice you like): Monte 4, Partagas Shorts and Bolivar Royal Corona. The BRC's I've had from 2018 have been awesome and seem to mellow a bit with time.

    CUNTUS Boxpass

Same here. How does one get the password?
  7. That's a great question I've had as well. I love Partagas Shorts but don't think I'd have the time too often for a Lusi. Of course, I don't even know if they're similar in flavor and body but assume they are.
  8. Definitely down right now.
  9. VERY excited about these gems with a bit of age on them. 30 days of rest = Springtime evening smokes.
  10. You shouldn't have to let them age, but you should give them 30 days to rest. While CC's with some age on them do seem to be noticeably better, you definitely can still get the intended flavor profile. In my experience, however, there was a definite difference between smoking one right off the truck (ROTT) and waiting about 30 days.
  11. If you're new to cuban cigars, I really think this is the way to go. Having the chance to try out the different flavors up front would seem more important than the size and length of time initially in my opinion. It's how I started and I felt like Rob and his crew did a great job in assembling a great cross-section. I developed a base of what I really like to build my collection and then sample with singles and extras that get offered.
  12. They don't seem to mind me too much. About every third time I walk in, I buy something from their humidor and ask them to donate it. Once they have enough, they'll send them to soldiers overseas. Win/win in my book
  13. I recently bought a 10 box of these thinking that they may bring the finest attributes of the typical HDM flavors. I was wrong and pleasantly so. The draw was perfect even though the cigar felt slightly soft. How quickly it smoked (about an hour) was the only disappointment. The flavors as I experienced them were roasted nuts with a light dusting of nutmeg, toasted tobacco and burnt sugar - like you'd experience on a creme brûlée. I kept trying to think of what other marca it reminded me of since it sure isn't like a No. 2 or an Especial. Then it hit me. Rob was nice enough to include an H. Upmann Magnum 54 in a purchase I'd made previously. If you told that cigar to do its best impression of a Hoyo de Monterrey, I think this is what you'd end up with. Smoked it until my fingertips hurt and was still disappointed it had to end. I'm probably still smarting from my Chiefs getting knocked out by Brady and his gang, but Rams 31 Pats 27
