  1. Reminds me of when China banned Norwegian salmon in retaliation for a Nobel prize going to a Chinese dissident. All of sudden, Vietnam, which prior to then had never imported a single salmon before, became the number 1 importer of Norwegian salmon (Vietnam shares a land border with southern China). 8. Punch 898 Asia RE Looks immaculate – immaculate conception? Pre-light aroma of honeysuckle and great tobacco. Very pleasant. Nice pre-light draw. 1/3 – tannic, not in a bad way, but similar to drinking a young Cab Sauv. 12. I bought a 6-pack of PPC aged stock a few months ago that I received in June. They looked quite dark and turdy although I’ve learnt not to read too much into that. My electronic humidor has a turbo-prep-for-smoking function so I put it in there for an hour and it smelt fantastic after that. I think that compartment is a sort of quasi-toaster oven that heats and dries cigars. An hour or two makes a big difference. Honey & a bit of barnyard (easy on the pooh). So I headed outside onto the covered balcony with a Shiraz gin & soda and fired it up. POW-wow! What a corker!
