  1. I used to think that having a cigar before bed or in the middle of the night relaxed me, but this is not the case. Nicotine is a stimulant and makes it harder to fall asleep and to stay asleep. When I faced this problem, I wanted to start taking sleeping pills, but according to the Canadian pharmacy site, they can be used only for a short period of time. I guess, I'll give CBD a try. I read that it works for many people.
  2. Cigars really help me to deal with my anxiety and panic attacks. Though my doctor prescribed me meds, I don't want to take them often, especially after checking the information about them on the Canadian pharmacy site. So, I decided to try other ways of treatment first. I started doing sports, changed my nutrition, etc. But I noticed that cigars make me calm down fast.
  3. I know what insomnia is from my own experience. It is so annoying. I didn't want to take sleeping pills as they could be addictive, so, I joined the enhance club that offers some health supplements. Also, I changed my daily routine and nutrition, go for a walk in the evenings, take a warm bath before going to bed. And massage really helps me to relax and sleep better.
  4. I like this actor. I've recently decided to re-watch the old movies, and the film mentioned here was one of them. Having checked movies review sites, it turned out to have a high IMDb rating (8,3). Well, there is no surprise as this film is really good.
