  1. 44 bottles made at €35,000 each. I have liked the Middleton I've had but, for me personally, not at that price! https://www.rte.ie/news/2020/0218/1116040-whiskey/ There is a video somewhere of this but I have only seen a Facebook link so far. If you find the video, please forgive the Cork accents! I know a little about this, the pricing was interesting. That's the minimum price set by the distillery. The price was due to be nearer 50k but Dublin Airport duty free is getting a bottle and insisted on a duty free price. Thus the price was lowered for every retailer as all bottles are going out with the same price. There is a maximum of one bottle for any retailers on the list and not all on the list got one. Anybody would be very lucky (if that's the word) to get a bottle at the sticker price. Irish whiskey has been growing enormously over the last 10 years, including the posh stuff, but this release gives me a little bit of the fear. Construction of the Empire State began in 1929.
  2. Happy St Patrick's Day to the most wonderful bunch online and who I meet when we travel. Especially to Ireland! Have an awesome day. CB *one on the far left is my husband Matthew, other three are FOH including moderator Ryan and friend Yiorgos
