Rob,

Were you able to make arrangements for Houseboat trip up river? I would think that would be a great excursion for fish and solitude.

The water is too low for houseboats currently which makes it ideal for sight fishing on the flats.

I am happy to give lodge details upon my return but simply google up Agua Boa Amazon lodge and you will see a set of contact details. I can recommend it.

As for my pants...they are my lucky fishing pants and have been with me for 10 years
