Welcome Gumball!

Where is your favorite place in Paris to have a cigar? Is the city generally cigar friendly?

Thank you everybody !

At Paris my favorite place to smoke is... at home !

France is not tobacco friendly at all... :)

And yes I am a newbie to FOH but I smoke cigars from more than 20 years.

  • 2 weeks later...

2 new boxes from Czar. Punch Super Robustos Asia 2007. HQ, but to be honest I can not tell the difference with my first purchase, same date code (EMA DIC 07) which was a classic selection from the store...

They smoke very well indeed ! :D

As far as I can use my poor english to describe this cigar I can say :

Very well constructed. Very good combustion, regular, not too easy.

Very good balance between aromatic (smell) and density in mouth.

Very good evolution/transition between the differents thirds. The length and the cepo 50 allow the cigar to have a kind of double corona evolution in a shorter time.

In one word : balanced at a high level.

WELCOME and a very interesting and well described opinion.

Will keep that possibility in mind next time.

Did you smoke both side by side, or one after the other?

One after the other but I smoked the SLR at only 2/3rd so I returned to it after have finished the LGC... Not the same style at all. I found the SLR interesting with a nice smell but the draw was really too slow for me. I don't like to follow the cigar, I like the puro to follow ME ! Who's the boss ??;)
