Hemsworth
I like fresh grind in a one cup pour over. i.e. melita with a number 2 filter. +2...doesn't help with the running out of fresh, home roasted beans though. I refuse to run out. When I'm down to 5 lbs. of green beans, I order the next 20 lbs.
Optic101
My roaster is only 10 minutes away.
canucks6024
I either grind and use an aeropress, or I get lazy and do a couple nespresso capsules.
MrGTO
Don't get me wrong, I like my nespresso, but a freshly roasted and ground pour over coffee is what it's all about.
Murri
I like fresh grind in a one cup pour over. i.e. melita with a number 2 filter. Same here. I order fresh roast whole beans from a local supplier. Have a Keurig but stopped using it for coffee, now only used by my wife for tea.
Coolio
Nespresso for me. But Aeropress if I have a little more time. Super easy, only $30. We love our Aeropress. The Nespresso sit's dormant pretty much now. I find with the Aeropress you can try a variety of blends and have greater variation. Just takes a tad longer to prepare that's all!
