JMacSr
Recipe? For a 5er of Monte #2s .....LOL!! Don't really have a recipe because the nature of a true Jambalaya is to throw your leftovers in a pot... This one was approx 3# Cajun smoked sausage 1/2# Tasso About 2 cups leftover smoked Boston Butt 2 large onions 2 green bell peppers 2 cups diced celery 1/2 cup chopped garlic 2 bunch chopped green onion 1/2# butter (yes butter gives finished rice a creamy feel, your arteries too!) 1/2 gallon long grain rice 1 gal chicken stock Hope that helps!!
