I have been smoking cigars for just shy of 20 yrs and I loved opus x and Padron 1964 for several years. When I first started smoking CCs they were more expensive than NCs. Now, just the opposite. It's nothing to pay 15.00 for a decent Padron 1926 or a Pepin Garcia selection. For that kind of money I can smoke Montes and Cohibas all day long. I have gotten to the point where 99.% of my cigars are Cuban. I am hopelessly addicted to the Cohiba/Monte taste profile and I just can't get excited about a 16.00 Padron -1926 #6 or a 30.00 family reserve. I do buy a box of Fuente sharks at Christmas each year and I hand them out to my buddies more out of tradition than anything else.
