Good little cigar. I like this 48 RG and decent length, it has a good feel to it when I hold it.

One thing I can appreciate about some of the NC makers is that they seem to be making an effort with their lancero or panetela vitolas.

The problem is no one has a standard size for "lancero." You'll see everything from like 5.5-7.5 inches long and 30s to low 40s RG.

I have had good experiences with the Pepin Garcia line in lanceros...as I recall more of a true lancero format (long and skinny). With lanceros being so hard to source in the CC world I have been considering trying a box. On the rare occasion I go into a U.S. B&M retailer or lounge, I usually will get a My Father lancero.

I’ve never had one. Saw a few reviews from Cuban smokers saying they were very good.

I just bought some padron 2000s, really love it but its getting harder to find them as well...

Would be very interested to hear how you get on with these - been thinking about getting a few in to try although heard mixed reviews

I didn't like any of these cigars. Most had a poor balance (lack of taste). 107 Maduro was just terrible - very resinous and bitter.
