I saw this on YouTube recently and tried it

It was so good I'm making again this weekend

The recipe does require a bit of work and patience

But the results are outstanding.... incredible flavors

Please make sure your oven is not running hot i.e. badly calibrated

Also make sure you use a proper braising pan or dish when you put it in the oven

Or, you'll get Crispy Critters

It's one of my favorite dishes to prepare. It takes most part of the afternoon, and you should only eat it the day after preparing it, but it's fantastic. I usually do Julia Child's recipe, with a few small changes.
