Just saw this in an antique/junk shop near my house....wondering if anyone does something like this or if you just have the coolidors stacked to the ceiling!?

Interesting to see! Here is my final coolidor plan update:

Coolidor

  • Coleman Xtreme Marine 150 Quart 6 Cooler
  • Kingsford Original Charcoal
  • 3x Custom Spanish Cedar Tray
  • 6x Short Spanish Cedar Divider with Felt Ends
  • 3x Long Spanish Cedar Divider with Felt Ends

P.S. I will use it with a fan like wineador to prevent uneven humidity issue.

I have set up a Coolidor with a Cigar Oasis Humidifier. Do you guys recommend I store my cigars in original boxes within the Coolidor or is it better to have them out in the open? I dont have any cedar trays yet, but can source them.

Definitely leave them in their boxes, especially for longer-term storage. If you can keep the conditions in the Coolidor premium to your preference, say 60-65% humidity, leave them in the boxes.

Do you have a desktop humidor for dry boxing?
