It's a bit disappointing. We need to treat these cigars as if they were your own. I am not placing blame maybe it's my fault not sending an extra box or bags. But we need to make sure when we send the cigars to the next member the box is pristine. Because it's not fair to anyone to have ruined cigars. That being said if at any time the box comes and it is not where it should be either fix it or email me and I will mail out what is needed to continue. This is suppose to be a never ending box pass but it won't last long with cigars being busted up. As Wertman said, he is right, this is disappointing. And the cigars should be treated as your own. A suggestion, those cigars just tossed into a random box will get destroyed through shipping. They need to be in the 5 finger bags to limit movement during shipment. Hope this improves for all you guys. KFBR392 Posted December 30, 2017 Share Posted December 30, 2017 I shipped the most recent box. I did my best to make sure everything was secure. There was a box of cigars and I try to pack. And then a bunch of five finger bags that I placed on top and surrounded sll with packing peanuts and bubble wrap. Not sure what I should have done differently, but I'm no expert. If there is something I should do to make up for any damage let me know. The cigars did seem a little dry. Which probably contributed to some wrapper damage. All of the humidity packs were just sitting in an open box, so I placed all of it, boxes and five fingers, in a giant 2 gallon Ziploc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tommyz Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 Sorry everyone for taking so long to post my takes a puts. Busy holiday weekend! As everyone can see there was some damage to the sticks when I opened the box. I have put them all in 5 finger bags and separated to help prevent any further damage. I have put two 5ers each into small flat rate boxes inside the main box for extra protection along with some in the Lusi box which is living on a prayer right now. I tapped it shut to prevent any chance of it opening. As I am typing this I realized I forgot to add more empty 5er bags to the pass for any extra sticks added down the road. Hopefully someone can throw a few extras in soon. Everyone that is down the road in this pass, just take a little extra time packaging up the pass. Take a few extra minutes to make sure nothing is rattling around in there. My puts are the following 2014 BBF2007 HU Connie 1.2014 Bolivar tubo12014 CCE 2015 Du Prince2006 Du Prince2012 HUPCTakes Box has been shipped off to the next in line which should be there tomorrow as we are relatively close to each other.
