Yes, and I love it. Not really what I was referring to, though. I kind of liked having a thread where people just posted random stuff that happened during their week and not just a picture of someones hand holding a cigar. And I liked it especially after a year like this when you don't... get to see that many new things...

I agree and had voiced as such to management a while back. I understand the intent that they did not want this thread to fall off page 1.

So either we need to post more pictures each week or maybe pin it.

SOUUeeeeee!!!! What a pig out of San Diego!!! We were using WAY too light of gear for this 220# bluefin this morning and it KICKED our asses for 5 hours.

I spent the weekend away in Canberra, the national capital city of Australia, to celebrate my 24th Wedding Anniversary with my wife... We went into Parliament House and took some photos in

Happy Birthday Dad. 88 and you are a dead set legend. Love you dearly.

Hiked to the south eastern tip of the island, clambered around some rocks, lit up a PLPC, and saw my mum fall face flat onto the rocks while trying to move towards me to take a picture. Fractured wrist, chipped her two front teeth, scratches and bruises on her face and body. Seeing her almost burst into tears saying "I lost my tooth" absolutely broke my heart. Everything is better now with doc saying no need for surgery, unless the recovery doesn't go as planned. Dentist seems to indicate that the first signs of damage is only cosmetic but will also need to monitor over the next few weeks. Fingers crossed she makes a full recovery. Mum is the strongest woman I know ?

Thank you. Only a chip on the teeth and none actually fell out so it wasn't as bad as she feared. She felt generally fine with the cast on as well so hopefully neither of it gets worse. She was in good spirits today and that is good to see!

Hoping for a full speedy recovery for your mom. That must have been tough to see.

She's not entirely there yet but all docs say that she is making excellent progress to full recovery. If all goes well her wrist cast should be off in a couple of weeks or so

Glad she is on the mend mate, sorry to hear.
