Popular Post benfica_77
Just got back from a 2 week trip to Mongolia. Thankfully a 3 minute walk from my Hotel was shockingly an official LCDH. I decided to stop by on my last day so I can stock up on some goodies on my way out of the country. Hoping to find some asian regional exclusives and reallllyyy hoping to find some of the elusive Bushidos. When I arrived I soon found out that their selection was fairly weak. 24:24 99% of the time has a stronger line up then the entire humidor. I did spot at the bottom a box of behikes which got me excited but I soon found out those are a private reserve of one the diplomats. All the embassies are around the corner from this place. So I decided to grab a Monte 4 since I hadn't tried one yet and it was a solid smoke. Need to smoke more before I give a definitive answer. Oddly enough a Trini coloniales was priced more expensive then the CORO. The trini is about 32 USD. Fun experience just wish they had a bigger selection for me to choose from.

David88
Habanos is nice and run by a friend of mine (I lived in UB for two years) but it isn’t a LCDH. I’ve had some good times in there! And at the hard rock over the road. The selection actually looks better than the last time i was there.
benfica_77
We stopped by the hard rock as well. Thanks for the info! UB and Mongolia as a whole was fun.
Derboesekoenig
Yeah I was about to say...no way that is an LCDH. The stock is non existent. I love the shot of the lightning. You'd prob have better luck finding cigars at their airport?
nealnyc
Have been thinking about going to ULA when I head back to China this fall. Seems to be a pretty amazing place.

It’s definitely worth a visit if you enjoy the outdoors and the weather in autumn should be great just before the snow and ice comes. Organise a guide to take you to some national parks/lake baikal/the gobi. Just be careful not to try and cram too much in as you will end up missing a lot

mt1
Perhaps things have changed a bit but it also looks like not much has changed. I went to Ulaanbaatar and Darkhan 10+ years ago and absolutely loved it.
TheGipper
The peanut gallery here all have high expectations. This is, after all, Mongolia. Looks wonderful to me, considering. At least there is a LCDH. By comparison, the folks in forsaken backwater places like...Vancouver, Canada...don't even have a LCDH!

This is exactly as it was in Budapest. One store for the whole country. Cigar lovers very critical because we know what good stuff is, but their access to good stuff is limited. As I showed earlier today, I stand beside the sales clerk with my beloved Trini Vigia Tubos I had never had before. I now have a few boxes and I love them! On the list above in your OP the last offering is Trini Colonial. Yayyy! The price 78.0 could mean anything? Fiver? Per cigar? Box? What currency? So wonderful!
