Legalization is around the corner and I'm betting they'll have indoor lounges soon enough. It would be a weird turn of events if the US finally totally lift the embargo on Cuban Cigars then people from Canada would cross the border to purchase them because of the price. I really doubt the US will do that. With cigarette and cigar taxes governments claim they are to reduce smoking. It would be interesting to see what they would do with a massive shift in smoking rates causing a large hole in their tax rolls.
