I enjoy a Negroni but I tend to make them with Boulevardier proportions instead (1.5, 1, 0.75) as opposed to the standard proportions of 1:1:1 of gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth. But after a friend left a bottle of Aquavit here, we thought about how to best utilize it. The Norgroni! .75 Aquavit, .75 Gin, 1oz Campari and .75 Sweet Vermouth. I've been a fan of "split" cocktails forever and have used them for ages in various bar menus but this was superb and the caraway notes of the Aquavit hit up VERY well with a cigar.
