Popular Post cigaraholic Posted October 15, 2018 Popular Post Share Posted October 15, 2018 We’v had 4 years of horrific wildfires in Northern California and last year around this time high winds knocked down power lines that started a whopper. So this year they decided to cut power because of high wind warnings....and all the lawsuits from last year they’re facing. That called for a drive to Clearlake to charge my phone and get breakfast...one of my favorites and one I haven’t had in years...coffee, donuts and a PLPC? 8 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm a big ocean fishermen and am pretty on top of the wind forecast...and saw 3-4 days prior to the fires that we were gonna be having 60kt gusts where the fires started. I was telling people after the fires that they should cut power when we get the rare, strong easternly winds. Glad they listened to me!! ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
