What Coffee are you drinking?

Coffee is a hobby that is a bit out of control.
For a daily (aka "eye-opening") cup it's just mocha pot and Arabica mixed with Robusta.
For a fancy cup - it's Guatemalan Huehue (the last batch was from Encore and I love it) + Chemex.

That is also my go to. No matter what else I try I always seem to come back to it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Good Cuban coffee. Everything else I tried was terrible.

Paul Newmans Organic French Roast.  100% of profits go back to the poor.

Yessir. Started on a Whirley Pop, now use a Behmor and roast a couple times a month. Favorite is probably Yirgacheffe. I've roasted a dozen or so batches of Yemen and just can't get it as good as my Yemeni friend who used to source green and roast himself. Great hobby.

Opened this up and enjoyed some this morning. Love me some Kona Mountain dark roast private reserve.

I mainly use bricks of either Cafe Bustelo or Cafe Aroma, and I brew them in a reusable K-cup in my single cup brewer.

I prefer latte style but I do drink it black on occasion.

just roasted up some Zambia  (pull ) Mafinga.......

a bit past full city roast, shiny beans at the brink.

did some last week to just city roast, and did some Brazil to a serious dark roast, just for blending.

very good blend, rich but not burnt..........

Just got these from my favorite craft micro roaster. The Ethiopian yirgacheffe is incredibly flavorful with a natural blueberry jam taste.

You definitely like darker roasts than I do :P

What do you roast with? I have used the popcorn crank poppers, then eventually bought a Behmor. I'm finally hitting my stride with it and really hitting consistency and roast levels that nail my tastes perfectly. Sweet Maria's has been a great resource, then I have also purchased from TheCoffeeProject. They have a Costa Rican I adore, along with a really nice Brazil. They used to be one of the best sources for Yemen too. Fun hobby that complements cigars very nicely!

We prefer Lavazza. Bought a coffee-maker for my wife as a present. Already tried different recipes and different coffee. The first one for us is still Lavazza and the least is Luwak coffee we brought from Thai. We can't say that it was bad but nothing special. Or maybe we did something wrong while brewing it.?

real Cuban coffee or "cuban seeds"?

Here's their official description of it from their website:

"Our special Cuban Coffee blend is a trip down memory lane for anyone who has been to Miami and a treat for anyone unfamiliar with Cuban Coffee. Weather your fixing your own Café cubano or a cafecito, the rich flavor and bold aroma will leave you begging for more.

Coffee Origin: Brazil, India, Nicaragua

Roast Level: Dark"
