2. Insert the above into another freezer bag and suck out as much air as possible with a drinking straw.

3. 1 day in the fridge.

4. 4 days in the freezer

5. 1 day in the fridge

6. 1 day in the bags at room temperature

7.  Let them rest for 60 days.
