If we talk about some contraband, she is punished more harshly than the theft of cigars from the factories. Tobacco leaf-taboo. I have heard that "pesos" (cigars for the domestic market) is used to make cigars with Cuban filling: cigars are moistened, placed in a mold and make a new smooth wrapper.
