Arte Puro is at the Trump Hotel, and there is a Habanos Point in Casco Viejo (The old part of the city) Selection is ok, but you won’t find anything HTF or with more than a year or two of age. I did manage to find a box of Sir Winston a few years back. Taxes on tobacco are high in Panama, so cigars are expensive. The owners of the shops are all very friendly and welcoming.
