A slight tear in the wrapper probably before you lit it. After lighting the heat expanded it, combining with possible moisture pockets in the cigar. I'd rest for 30 days, allowing the box to settle the moisture content in the cigars.

For my taste, Trinidad is the finest. You can smoke them young, old and in between, always going to be a winner. I’ve got a couple boxes of those inbound from the same 24:24 as well. Enjoy mate!
