Probably going to be another two years or so to get that full caramel flavor I'm looking for but, you never know. Several members here seem to find the right box that smokes well before 5 years. The May box has lovely rosado wrappers and the July box has lots of oils and a dark brown, shiny wrapper. Should be interesting tasting the differences in these two boxes about 2 to 3 years from now ..... I noticed after I posted that the box codes are reversed with the pictures.
