bbguardsp Posted January 16, 2020 Share Posted January 16, 2020 The last year and a half I went from my heaviest in life of 138k (305lbs) to 104k (230lbs). I have a pic with Hamlet from 2 years ago that reminds me how big I got. ALL of my weight loss has been diet so if I entered a competition I would probably exercise and restrict calories like mad because I wanna win.
