1LegLance Posted June 7, 2020 Share Posted June 7, 2020 I have both materials in my collections... it is Cuba and I am always amazed they can even get this stuff sometimes....oh and I have stood in factories there since the 90's and seen crazy stuff. One great test is to pull the bundle out carefully and notice if all the bands face outward.
