Montecristo No 1 (1995-6)

I have had this cigar, and a few others I will also post, since the mid 1990's, 99% sure I acquired in 1995 or early 1996. Unfortunately they were not kept correctly but I still wanted to get some expert opinions on validity.

The length is close to 6.5 inches and the ring gauge when compared to others new vitolas seems to be the same as a current Monte No 4 or other PCs, so about 42. I looked on cubancigarwebsite.com and the band seems to look pretty good.
