Popular Post teamrandr
A rather homely stick to be honest. The wrapper is a bit toothy and frankly resembles a Pennsylvania broadleaf. The aroma at cold however is rather pleasant. Nice aged tobacco with a cocoa and slight coffee going on. The stick feels tight. This is always a concern with the skinny sticks. 1/3 Surprisingly the draws are wonderful. The sticks toasted and lit with out even puffing it. The smoke is alive and well. A bit of spiciness is detected in the initial draws. The retrohale brings forth a really nice coffee bean flavor. Nice body here. It is hard to believe how alive this stick is. The flavor is nice and coffee is the main theme. 2/3 The draw has tightened a bit. This is not welcomed. There is a slight tar build up happening. I give the head a slight clip and we are back in business. The smoke is robust. I would call it just over medium body. Coffee bean and a bit of spice. I would describe it on the clove/cinnamon spectrum. Not at all Nicaragua spice. Half way and I am fully enjoying this stick. The draws are nice. Full blown smoke but not hot. The flavor hasn't changed at all. If anything just became more rich. Coffee bean and tobacco. I am enjoying this. There is once again a tar buildup. I once again clip the head a touch. Final 3rd. Enjoyable all the way through. The smoke was not complex. It was mild and with no edges. Just a wonderful aged smoke. Score: 97 Had to clip it for the the nic buildup but otherwise a solid experience. 8
